Treatment Results

HCRI’s scientifically based stuttering therapy programs have delivered impressive treatment results for more than 35 years. Our track record of success gives program participants confidence and reassurance that, when they come to HCRI, they will learn how to speak smoothly and spontaneously for a lifetime. Ninety-three percent of HCRI program participants achieve fluency by the end of our 12-day stuttering treatment program. You can witness the therapy results by viewing the videos below.

More than 5,500 people who stutter, ranging in age from 10 to 73, from across the U.S. and 23 other countries have come to HCRI to benefit from the Institute’s scientifically based treatment methods  A total of 18 foreign languages have been represented in therapy. HCRI’s program has a history of improving the quality of life for thousands of individuals.
