An advocate for helping individuals reach their full potential in life, Holly Humphreys joined the HCRI clinical team in 2011 after successfully completing HCRI’s stringent 500-hour clinician training program, a requirement of all stuttering therapists joining HCRI’s treatment team.
Holly’s background includes extensive work in behavioral therapy and counseling. She is a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist. Prior to joining HCRI, she worked at the New River Valley Juvenile Detention Center and was in private practice at Life in Balance Counseling and Wellness Center in Christiansburg, Virginia.
She earned her undergraduate degree from James Madison University and received a Masters of Science in Art Therapy from Eastern Virginia Medical School.
